Forensic Justice Project welcomes Byron C. Lichstein as our new Senior Staff Attorney. Byron has been a post-conviction litigator for almost 20 years. He spent the first ten years of his career with the Wisconsin Innocence Project, litigating cases involving DNA, shaken baby syndrome, and other forensic sciences. He then worked as a solo practitioner in California, representing clients on a variety of complex post-conviction claims in murder and sexual assault cases. He joined the Forensic Justice Project as a Senior Staff Attorney in 2022. Welcome Byron!
