The Coos County District Attorney has decided that it will not re-try the case against Nicholas McGuffin, whose original conviction was overturned after the FJP team proved the existence of exculpatory DNA evidence that was never disclosed to the jury.  The DA has moved to dismiss the charges, and Mr. McGuffin was reunited with his family this evening.
